I saw a similar topic from a previous thread from 2020 (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/advance-steel-forum/ifc-export-parameters/m-p/9833457) and are therefore wondering if there have been any updates from the developers according to this issue, with other words is there still no way of adding additional parameters dring an IFC export? I am currently working on a project where the client wants additional information (very similiar to the problem of the thread mentioned above).
If there still is no way of adding addiotional parameters in the ifc export; what is the easiest workaround? To export the model to Revit and then from revit add additional parameters to the IFC export?
unfortunatelly, Advance Steel is since 03/2023 in maintenance mode, therefor no further development.
There's no option to change the export IFC in Advance Steel ... by the way, Advance Steel uses the outdated IFC format.
