Workflows ( Reviews ) Approver Step : Every Approver must Approve the documents

The workflow is where the Engineer is the consolidator ,being the first member in the "Approver Step".

This Approver goes through the documents and  sets the Approval value ( Approved/ Rejected )

Following that, Document Control, the Second member in the list, checks the documents  for missing information, and according to the Approval Status,  places a "Stamp" ( via Markup ).

In order to achieve this, the request is: In the Approver Step, "Every Approver must enter this step", similar to the option we have in  the 

 "Initial Review" step, where we can select "every key reviewer must review..."

Or adding another step after the Approver step, for the Document Control to finalize the Review and add Stamps according to the selection of the Approver.

Proposal – Adding Approver Stage to the Document Approval Process

• Add the option to include an Approver stage, similar to the existing Review stage, with the setting:
“Every approver must approve this step.”

Proposed process details:
i. Approver #1 – Consolidator:
Responsible for updating the document status in the “Review Status” column.

ii. Approver #2 – Document Control:
Verifies that the stamp added to the document does not block or obscure any information or drawing elements, and confirms the final document display.
