Subscribe to a folder on behalf of other users

It would be useful for project admins or those with relevant permissions to be able to subscribe to a folder on behalf of selected users, roles or companies. As notifications can be sent for users who subscribe to a folder, many users (particularly field teams) will not subscribe to a folder, as this is not possible using the ACC mobile app.

Additionally, if in app mobile notifications were possible,  this would enhance the experience more.

Agree with this feature. If you read the "Help" site of Notifications it implies that the Account Admin has that ability. Two weeks ago i discovered that this was not accurate after several emails and a zoom call with tech support. They finally gave me a link (that i cannot find on the help site) that is some sort of Technical Support Bulletin to explain how it really works. 

Ideally we need our project members to by default receive notifications when new files are uploaded, but in reality they have to subscribe to the folders. Its hard enough to get them to use the basic features of Build.

@rick_notari I was told by one of the managers that i was not interpreting the Help site correctly. I was just reading what is written, and its in pretty plain english  that the admin has the ability to control who receives notifications........
