There should be notifications, that could be toggled off/on, for when subcontractors do any of the following:
1. View a bid package for the first time (helpful to know that it was received and that they are considering the project)
2. Invite other team members from their company to a bid package (helpful to know who the new people involved from their company are)
3. Change their status on a bid package (helpful to know who is/isn't bidding without needing to enter each project and then each bid package manually)
