Set and lock the Docs columns to a specific order and visibility

In Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Docs, unfortunately you cannot currently lock the column order or visibility for all users across a project. These settings, however:

• Are user-specific – changes only apply to your session or profile.
• Are not persistent across sessions in all cases – especially if you're clearing browser cache or switching devices.
• Cannot be locked or standardized for the whole team or folder.

I think standardised views should be set as default by the administrator, with the option of Users being able to customise for their profile.

Same problem in Assets and Systems. Every custom field I set up for asset tracking has to be toggled on by each user individually. There's no way to push a standard column layout to the team.

It gets worse, the settings only live in browser cache. If someone clears their cache or logs in from a different machine, they're back to square one.

Lewis's suggestion is the right call. Admin sets the default view, users can customize from there if they want. This should apply across Docs, Assets and Systems.
