In the RFI module, I (admin/manager) do not have the ability to edit the “RFI Type” once a creator has sent it to me. 99% of the time whoever is writing the RFI doesn’t select a Type and it just goes to the Default review process, but that always needs to be edited based on the RFI. But because I can’t edit this, I have to send it back to their court where sometimes even they can’t change it, meaning they have to delete the RFI, start over, and send it back to me after I’ve explained which RFI Type it needs to be assigned to. This has created a lot of wasted time between myself and my team, and obviously creates a delay in getting RFIs answered. We really need the ability to edit the RFI Type through the submission process.
