New Form type "Sequential"

Upon creating a Form in ACC, Can ACC add "SEQUENTIAL FORMAT" in the form beside (Single and Collaborative). 

This will help us a lot in the monitoring/ observing the assigned person in the section of forms.

We do indeed require this feature. The lack of sequential option - similar to those found in intelligent PDFs - hinders the use of forms in specific scenarios.

Thanks for the feedback. We launched a native template option that requires each assigned section to be completed in the order they appear in the form.
