Insight Builder - Admin project data set needs a value for "project_business units"

There is a current dataset called "admin-projects (v1)" within Insight Builder. There is a field for "project_type", but I do not see a field for "project_business_units".  Business Units is now part of the selection process when filling out information for a new project.  It would be very helpful to be able to make a pie chart from this value.

Unfortunately the Business Unit is only available for account admin's, and not for regulare project creators. Nor can it be set in a project template. This makes it basically a useless option as it is now. See my post below, and feel free to upvote and share it.
