Importing Master VO lists to the Cost Items to act as a Master VO Lists in the Change Orders of the Cost Management

As we undergo digital transformation, we need to transfer all our data into the web platform. One key feature we would like to have is the capability to import our Master VO Lists (currently stored in Excel files) directly into the Cost Items section of Change Orders within the Cost Management system. This functionality would facilitate our smooth transition to a digital environment.

Sorry, sometimes our customised terms ability makes it difficult to understand what is being referred to!

Using the terms in our regular user interface what is meant by a Master VO list and the cost items section?

Do you mean you'd like to import cost items in to a PCO via excel?

If you have screenshots or examples that would explain the ask, that would be very helpful too.
