I have developed a set of custom ACC Issues template comprised of custom categories, types and fields. This includes different visibility and sequence of fields per type.
Please provide us a way to copy and transfer these to multiple projects within ACC.
Fully support this. We need a way to export and import custom Issue Templates between projects to ensure consistency across all sites. Manually recreating categories, types, and field visibility is inefficient and prone to error.
A transfer or “clone from project” feature would help maintain standardized data fields across national projects, essential for corporate dash boarding, QA/QC, and HSE reporting.
