Enable a filtered drop-down

Enable a filtered drop-down for the Cost Payment Application-Filter and group by Supplier feature

I feel most other drop-down lists in Autodesk will filter as you start typing. This one you must scroll down the list to find the supplier’s name.

Features should be consistent across the platform
