I've noticed that the order of E-Signers showing up when a document template is uploaded in Cost Management is not actually based on the document template itself (where the value of the Field tag or Field key has been entered on the .docx file) but rather is based on the order of E-Signers on the "Manage e-signature signers" setting tab.
This means although the E-signers might have been ordered properly in the .docx file but when uploading the template, a lot of priority and ordering adjustments needs to be done if the E-Signers are not added in a certain way in the General setting tab of "Manage e-signature signers".
I was hoping the technical team can fix this.
