Currently if I wanted to pull and archive of all of the "Current" models from a project hub that I administer because say we hit a milestone or we were done with the project and want to archive it, I have to download each individual file and all of it's links. This results in a massive amount of duplication. If I have cad Files, I can simply download the entire folder and I don't get any duplicates. But if I try the same with Revit models, I have to take all of the models and all of the models that are linked into them. So my arch model may be linked into every other model there. In which case I may get 30 copies.
The process of pulling all of your data down needs to be steam lined. Or I'm just totally missing something from that process.
