Display Project Number at top of Project page in Build

We would like to see the Project Number displayed at the top of the project page, along with the Project Name.

We currently include the Project Number in our Project Name since you were not able to see Project Numbers when searching for jobs when we onboarded.  But, having them combined in the Project Name field requires an additional manual step for our Stratus team because they have to remove the Project Number from the Project Name field to get their labels to populate correctly. 

It's nice to see the Project Number at the top of the page.
