I recognize a need, where users can just create and issue from any tab in ACC Model Coordination Viewer. Currently, we can only create them from "Clash" or "Issues" tab. It's not convenient to anybody
It's super important because sometimes we need to present certain areas/elements in the model and hide rest of them ( we can do that only from "Model Browser" )
