Build - Submittals - Automatic Filing of Closed Submittals with Attribute Mapping

Currently, there is an option to save submittals to Files when closing and distributing; however, on consultant-driven projects, it is typically the Contractor who closes the submittal, and as a result, the submittal often doesn't get properly filed. It would be a significant improvement to introduce a setting within Submittals that enables automatic filing of closed submittals to a designated folder. Ideally, this folder could be predefined per project or submittal group. Bonus points if the system also supports applying custom attributes—such as spec section, Type, Package, etc.—to the filed submittal automatically, based on the submittal metadata. This would ensure more consistent document organization, reduce manual effort, and improve traceability and compliance across teams.

Add an ON/OFF toggle in Submittal Settings to automatically check/uncheck the "Save closed submittal item report to a folder in Files" option upon Close & Distribute. Some Owners contractually require us to share submittal files with them on a monthly basis, so this would make it infallible. One of our project teams has over 1500 submittals that they did not check the box (teammates were inconsistent on checking the box) and we now have to do it manually.

This has suddenly become important to our company right at this moment.  We're backing up certain ACC files in order for our AI agent to be able to quickly search.  This doesn't work nearly as well as we'd like of the Save to Files function cannot be programmed as mandatory.  Human nature takes the quickest way out to close out any open item.  Checking a box and saving to the Files module is very easy in ACC, but if it is optional, many will not even see it. This applies to any process that has the capability to Save to Files, like RFIs.  

Currently, the Cost Management side has an auto-save (see snip).  Having this option on the non-cost side would work as well as a mandatory file save.
