We would love to have a Contacts module - or essentially a beefed up "Members" module. We love to have the ability to have custom fields here to be able to track different attributes for contacts - mainly we want to have Roles as well as their Scope of Work. This way users in the field can simply open Build to contact a foreman for the mechanical subcontractor, for example. In addition, as team members are moved around to different jobs, it's easy to identify who is responsible for what scopes.
For example, Summit Mechanical might be on a project, but they weren't doing the mechanical work. They were plumbing and fire protection. On another project, they really might just me doing the mechanical. If Build is our contact sheet someone new to the job or unfamiliar with the project would have been clueless. So we currently have a separate spreadsheet for this.
Additionally, if this could become a full operational contact list, we need to be able to include contacts as a "list only" - and not actual members of the project. This could be various inspectors or inspecting agencies that do not need access to any part of Build or Docs, but our team needs to know their contact information.
