After you send a transmittal, I don't see any way to send that same transmittal to additional people. Sometimes we miss someone that needs the transmittal also. Sometimes someone new is added to the team (either in ACC or outside of ACC) that needs the Transmittal. I don't want to have to create a whole new transmittal just to send the same thing to someone else.
