The title block that my company uses contains a font called "Figtree" which is not supported by Autodesk Construction Cloud. Is it possible to add the Figtree font (and other free fonts) to ACC's supported fonts so that drawings can be viewed correctly online?
We have seen a lot of GC's who don't use a supported font so then during drawing upload we run into problems with sheets having blank title blocks and being out of orders.
When ACC replaces our Figtree font with Arial, the automatically sized text boxes remain the same. Since Arial is a wider font, it pushes the text onto a second line. I have since manually resized the text boxes to give them enough width to expand, but the Font replacement is not desirable.
