It has been over six months since the APAC server for ACC was created and supported. However, it appears that the service quality on the APAC server is reduced, despite us paying the same cost as US customers. Could anyone or Autodesk provide clarity on the discrepancy? Aren't the tools/code the same ? just a matter of where the 'data' is hosted?

Given that the Parameter Service has been available for over two years, why it is still not accessible on the APAC server, while the Content Catalog, which was only released in August this year, is already available?
Autodesk representatives in APAC have been actively promoting ACC to numerous firms, yet this approach doesn’t inspire confidence that we’re receiving the same quality of service and even availability as other regions for the same cost.
