Markup ref links and other missing tools?

Hey everyone! I want to post a couple ideas to the idea forum, but before doing so, I want to make sure I am not missing something. I remember in the past being able to click on references like elevations, sections, sheet numbers in sheet indexes etc through BIM 360. Now it seems like I can't on any project I've tried. I don't know if I'm thinking of something else or not (I know for fact design Review does).

Additionally, I also remember there being a way to show only the redlines for a project so you didn't have to check each sheet individually. Again, not sure if I'm just remembering Design Review.

That being said, Markups is probably one of the most POTENTIALLY useful tools on ACC but everytime I try showcasing it, I discover flaws that make it hard to recommend. Some of those include

- Doesn't actually connect with Revit in anyway so there is no way for production team to utilize this much more efficiently than a normal PDF

- The markup tool still requires you to calibrate scale when using measurement tools, which one would think should be automatic as Revit should export that data with the sets.

- Markups in BIM 360 actually were slightly better as you could group elements together to create a single "Markup" that allowed for more accurate grouping of "markups in a list" (which really makes me think maybe only BIM 360 had the ability to see a list of markups)

- There isn't any sort of highlight system like design review which made it more intriguing, it was just clunky

- It doesn't seem like there is collaboration which is very important.

For those that do use the tool, and for autodesk employees, can you please tell me if I'm missing some of these things? Thanks!
