Can't Change Access Level

Hi,

Im trying to change the access level of a user in a hub. For some reason, it won't let me.

What could be the reason?

* I am the Admin

* I need the employee to have "project member" only (and not "project admin")

With the current information I would try either of these options. First verify that the Role, "Architect" does not have the default access level of Project Admin. Second go to the projects and or project the user is assigned and remove the Project admin at the project level 1st then you should be able to remove from the Accoi8nt admin.
