Fehler kommt unregelmässig "Setup Initialization... "Setup Initialisierung...

Hallo Comm

 

Ich habe mich alle die Jahre immer wieder mit dem blöden "Setup Initialization Hang" Fehler herumschlagen müssen!

 

Ich hätte gerne mal den "Heiligen Kral" und die Lösung welche immer geht...

 

- Ich habe vorgefertigte Deployments auf dem Netzwerk

- Diese werden parallel oder nacheinander auf diverse Clients verteilt

- Antivirus un UAC usw ist alles OFF während der installation!

 

Trotzdem passiert es immer wieder das vereinzelt Clients diesen Fehler haben, dann auch noch bei unterschiedlichen APP Deploys...

 

Demnach kann es nicht an den Installationsdaten und auch nicht an den Rechten/Antivirus liegen.

 

Wenn ich es dann mal 1-3 tage später anstoße geht der Deploy dann auch ohne weiteres Troubelshooting....

 

Ich habe auch meine Deploy pakage schon einfach lokal abgelegt und lokal gestartet

 

ohne netzwerkanbindung (aber mit internet)

 

vllt test ich mal ohne internet, was leider in meinem heutigen fall nicht geht da ich auf eine Cloud VM Client installieren möchte

 

3ds max ist drauf autocad... seit 2 tagen nicht

 

 

das ist ein riesen Krampf, das problem existiert seit 2012 oder älter....

das tut mir sehr leid zu hören, dass du schon so lange Probleme mit der Installation der Software hast. Ich habe nochmal meine Kollegen gefragt, ob sie eine Lösung wissen. 

 

Ich wollte sichergehen, dass du weißt, wie du die Community Manager erreichst. Wir hatten das Thema schon mal, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere und ich hatte dir erklärt, dass @AutoDesk zu keinem Konto führt und du uns daher mit dieser Mention nicht erreichen kannst. Das wollte ich gerne für alle Mitlesenden nochmals klarstellen. 😊

Hallo @eSupport2005 !

 

Damit wir hier weiterhelfen können, sollte bei den Deployments das Erstellen der Log-Dateien aktiviert werden. Mit diesen Log-Dateien bitte in Ihrem Autodesk Account einen Fall eröffnen, damit wir uns diese Logs ansehen können. 

 

Mit diesen Log-Dateien können fast alle Fehler erkannt und ein Lösungsansatz gefunden werden. Wie gesagt, dazu brauchen wir aber die Log-Dateien. Und bitte diese nicht hier im Forum posten - bestenfalls an mich per PN. Besser wäre aber auf alle Fälle ein Supportfall.

wie aus anderen/älteren Foreneinträgen ersichtlich kommt es bei diesem Fehler nicht zum Log, da das setup schon vor dem erstellen einer "log" Datei hängt...

 

Auf besagter VM konnte ich allerdings "3dsmax" und "revit" erfolgreich installieren, nur "autocad architecture" musste ich klassisch erneut via browserdownload nachinstallieren. ich könnte also vielleicht schauen ob es Logs der anderen software hat, falls das hilft?

Was für eine Fehlermeldung kommt genau? ScreenShot?

Da das Setup sozusagen gar nicht startet, wäre es gut, wenn Du mir das System und Anwendung- Ereignisprotokoll als evtx Datei erstellen und per pn zu senden könntest.

sobald ich das problem wieder habe werde ich deine Schritte ausführen

 

anbei, hier genau das problem meine ich. bei mir war auch oft der Antivirus schuld (nicht immer) 

 

lustig ist, dass es meist nur einen Teil der Autodesk Produkte betrifft... was das Troubleshooting schon sehr erschwert...

Sobald du kannst, wäre es sehr schön, falls du @Hotter_R wie er vorgeschlagen hat die Dateien zur Analyse schicken könntest .
