Unable to get Cloud Credits Balance

Hello,

In Revit 2016, when I go to Render in Cloud, I get a message "Unable to get cloud credits balance".  Retry returns same message.  I'm on an educational account, when I log into A360 gallery it shows previous renderings and unlimited cloud credits.  I've had IT check Chrome security settings, he says they are good with other Forum postings.

Hi @PBStrother,

Could you help to install a web debug tool to debug this problem?

Steps:

1. install fiddler: http://www.telerik.com/fiddler

2. launch fiddler

3. launch Revit and try to render on cloud

4. after the render setting dialog pop out, go back to fiddler : File --> save --> save all sessions

5. share the saved file to us.

Thanks,
Sally Dong

Hi @Anonymous,

From your attached log file, I cannot find any traffic of the cloud rendering. Could you follow these steps and resent it again?

1. launch fiddler

2. launch Revit and try cloud rendering

3. when the render setting dialog open, go back to fiddler

4. File --> save --> all sessions

Thanks,
