want to view 123d files on ipad, please advise.

A360 member already. App loaded on Ipad successfully.

Problem message:  DISCOVERING VIEWABLES

Observation/guess: Seems to be stuck there.

any suggestions welcomed.

Hello,

Welcome to the forum and have you checked the supported file types to see if these are supported?

A360 Supported File Types:

It's possible that they are not supported and that is why they are failing and hung on discovering viewables.
