I converted an assembly to DWF format and uploaded to A360. Recently I can not look at them anymore. The error message "Unable to open DRM / rights-protected file" appears.
For older data I also created in the same way I have no problem.
Has anyone ever had this error? Who knows what to do?
Make sure that when you publish the DWF or DWFx files that nothing is protected or disabled. For example, don't password protect the file or disable markup. The A360 online viewer is not able to view any protected files and that is what the error is telling you. So go ahead and publish the files again with out disabling or protecting anything.
