Unable to download file

I am unable to download my asset and this may be the only back-up, any help?

I am not sure what error you are getting or what type of files is causing the problem, but I have had a problem downloading under two different scenarios:

 

1)  Temporarily degraded server, just try again later.

2)  An interesting issue when using Firefox to download, under very specific circumstance, in which case I flipped over to Chrome, and it worked.

 

I do hope one of these helps.  If not, please post some more detail on how you are downloading, what type of file, and what error you are getting.

I'm was using chrome to download an .fbx but was unable to directly,
the site would forward me to a page with a random string.
It wasn't until I tried to view the file that the site showed me an error
message,
I then tried to download the file by selecting multiple files with the
check boxes,
which then I was able to obtain a downloadable zip from the site
but with in the zip I got a 'filename'.fbx.err file, all other files were
in good condition.

I found another backup this morning and uploaded it to the site as a new
version,
I am now able to view and download the file properly.
