Problème chargement fichier

Depuis quelques jours, A360 ne telecharge plus mes fichiers : j'ai du réseau, internet fonctionne correctement, j'ai vérifié l'adresse email mais les fichiers ne se chargent pas sur la plateforme.

Can you share more details with us on what you are seeing. For example, what type of files are you uploading and how are you uploading these files.  Also what browser are you using when you do the upload.    Also do you get any type of error message when this is failing for you.

For example, what type of files are you uploading (*.rvt ; *.pdf ; *.dwfx ; *.nwd ...) and how are you uploading these files

Also what browser are you using when you do the upload. Internet Explorer 11

Also do you get any type of error message when this is failing for you.

Thanks for the details. Can you give Chrome a try and see if that works for you. IE is not the greatest browser to use with A360, and it needs to be patched to the latest updates.

Let us know if Chrome works for you. Also it's not clear if you are getting any error messages. It looks like you replied from the eMAIL notification. If you attached screen shots, you will need to do that directly from the Forum.

Thanks for letting us know, is it with Chrome that it's now working? If so, check that your version of Internet Explorer has all the latest updates from Microsoft and then it should also work.
