iOS App Issues

Got a new iPad Pro for Christmas. I was excited to try out all the iOS Autodesk apps. The AutoCAD app works well. As soon as I launch it shows all the files on my A360 Drive. I've also added my Google Drive and OneDrive accounts.

I was really excited to use the A360 and Fusion 360s app to view my Inventor designs in the field. However, no matter what I try or do I cannot get any file to show up. Both apps look almost identical. The upload button seems to be worthless, meaning doesn't matter what format or where I select a file from to upload, I get an error "Opps, something went wrong. Please try again later.". And there doesn't seem to be any link to the A360 Drive where I have a ton of files. Why doesn't the A360 app have a connector to the A360 Drive? I can have Google Drive and OneDrive connectors.

We have a ton of people in the field that would love for this to work. As the CAD manager for 100+ employees,  I'd really like to offer this up as a solution opposed to carrying around bulky laptops and stacks of paper drawings.

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know you are having trouble with the A360 app on the iPad.

I have just checked here and it works well for me.

Please ensure that you have the latest iOS for the iPad and the latest A360 app version, see image below.

Notice also that, in Settings (tap the profile icon on the top left corner), the option to "Show A360 Data" is on.

If this doesn't help, remove the app and reinstall it.

Also, make sure you can currently access your A360 account and data on the web.

Please let us know if this helps.

Cheers,

Luciane

When I log into A360.autodesk.com from PC with any up to date browser I get a brief error in a red banner across the top of the screen. I have also logged into our account as the CM and made sure I've been provided the right acces2019-01-02 10_01_25-Autodesk - Account.jpgOnce logged into A360.autodesk.com on the PC, I was able to create a project and upload an IAM file. It eventually shows up on the iPad A360 App. After a while and few app crashes, I am finally able to view the IAM.

Hi,

Thanks for your update.

I am glad that, although you had a few glitches, you can see your file with the app.

I will mark your answer as a solution, but if this is not the case let me know.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Cheers,

Luciane
