Glitches With Viewing Files on A360

I'm having trouble when i share and view autocad files online in A360 and also Autocad Beta online. Basically the online format seems to be extremely slow and often wont load up the drawing. Also when changes are made by one user it seems to take ages for this to update with other users that have access to the file. it seems somewhat smoother when using the autocad android app. 

Is there any way we can do this better or can anyone identify the issue we are having ? 

We are not trying to achieve anything difficult. All we need to do is share a drawing with several relevant parties and gain feedback based on their input by them using Annotate features such as cloud and text. Yes it could be done other ways, but we only want one variation of the file circulating and want feedback/input to be live / instant.

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for posting your question to the forum and there are known issues with AutoCAD Mobile and syncing the files up.  You will want to work directly with the AutoCAD Mobile and WEB Team for help with this.

For A360, you just upload the files through your browser and wait for them to finish translating so that they can be viewed. Once that is complete, you can view the file, share the file and download the file.
