I have model saved in .dwf., nwf., and nwd files id like to view them in a360, which one should I try to load, they all seem to be taking a looooong time.
DWF, NWC and NWD are supported file formats for A360.
You can upload any of these file formats into A360. Note - After you upload files into A360 it takes a few minutes before you can start viewing them because we need to process them to make sure then can be viewed in a browser. If you are having trouble viewing them even after a few minutes then please send us a screen shot of what you are seeing so we can troubleshoot.
I've been using A360 on and off for a few weeks now and everything seemed to be working okay. However, I'm now know longer able to upload Revit models files. When I try, it starts off looking okay, and says "SAVING", but then I just get a message stating "an unexpected error has occurred". Can anybody assist me please.
