Can you tell us kind of file you're trying to open? Also, are you using a BIM 360 Team hub, a Fusion Team hub, or a Free personal A360 Hub?

Follow the below steps if you're having troubles opening a file within A360.
- Check to see if the file type is one that is supported? (link HERE )
- Is it just one file or all files (regardless of file type) that you're not able to open and view after upload?
- Try to re-upload the file if possible, just in case the first attempt failed for some reason.
- If there are any error messages, send in a screen shot so that we can further review.
- Try to clear your browser history and open new session, or try a different browser to see if that makes a difference. (Chrome is recommended)
- If you're working with NWD or DWF files, be sure that they're not protected (password) or restricted (edit/print) as they won't translate. Just resave them without the restrictions and then re-upload them.
