changed email adres, cant login afterwards

Hi, 

 

I changed my email adres and when i try to login i get this message:

Hi Rob,

If you change your eMAIL address back, are you able to sign in?

Please let us know if that works as a temporary test.

Thanks for trying.  Can you try clearing your browser cache, then closing all browser windows.  Launching it again and then try signing in with the old eMAIL address and see if that gets you up and running.

Thanks Melvin for the updates and I have shared this with the team so that they can look into this. Note that the team is in India time zone, so they won't see this until tonight Pacific time. Once we hear back from the team, we will let you know.

Can you share with us the eMAIL address you were originally using, the team was not able to find it last night, and that is needed to try and fix this.
