Have you tried resaving and reposting? Beyond that, I have seen this creep up when the file has errors that do not always manifest to the creator - some of those can be orphaned links or even looking under the "Warnings" tab and trying to figure out what could be causing the problem. Sometime a purge helps.
Hi Gladson,
It's entirely possible that the solution offered by Jay may have already helped to resolve this issue for you. In the event that it did not though may I also ask how the model was published to the project on the Hub? Was it published through Collaboration for Revit or simply added by dragging and dropping the file into the project? Also does the model contain links?
According to THIS knowledge article it's possible that in the model contains links the parent file and the linked files were not in the same folder.
Please try the solution offered in the article and see if that helps resolve this issue for you.
