Autodesk Viewer and Inventor 2023 file display

Good morning everyone

I have a problem with Autodesk Viewer

I tried to display edges in Viewer (there is this option) but this is blocked

I don't know why I present my work to client and client is unhappy becouse the whole model is look grey and uninteresting

I use Inventor 2023 and I upload model directly from the Inventor

I attached a screenshot with this option:

 Please help me becouse I don't know what to do
