A360 Viewer Servers heavy load

All Day my users who utilize the A360 Viewer have been getting the error Processing Failed: Our Systems are under heavy load.  I have many users that use this service, when will this be fixed?  I have tried this at our other locations and different files thinking it may be a internet provider issue for file size, same result.

This has been happening to me for about a week and I heavily rely on it.

Has there been an update?
