A360 iPad error

Hi.

I'm trying to use A360 on my iPad with IOS 10 and I was unable to open an model imported from Sketchup with .3ds extension. I thought the problem was the size of the archive, but I had saved a simple model with less than 200kb and even this the app A360 could not open.

Hello Antonio,

Thanks for posting your question to the forum. Can you try uploading directly to the A360 WEB Site and see if that makes any difference at all?  Lets take the mobile upload out of the equation and see how that goes.
