Hi David,

Thanks for posting your question to the forum. Can you share more details with us? What type of files are these, and are you getting any error messages when trying to view the files? Also how are the files being uploaded and what browser are you currently using. Last but not least, what type of A360 HUB is this. If you tell us the link to the hub, that will give us a hint as to what type of HUB it is.
