Also support will need to know the details of the error. If you click on the details link, it will expand and tell you more about why it failed.
One other suggestion would be to delete the file and try uploading it again to see if it works this time around. We have seen issues where files have been uploaded and failed to translate for what ever reason. But when uploaded again, they seem to work fine.
