Hello,

Thanks for posting a screen shot of what you are seeing. Were you able to login before? If so, can you try closing all your programs and re starting the PC. Then see if you can login again.

If you could not login before, are you behind a firewall? If you are here is a link to what needs to be available for A360 Drive to work.

One other issue that can cause this is if your time zone and country region are not set to match your physical location. Even it if looks right, try changing it and changing it back, then restart the computer. Now try logging in again.
