Unable to get into folders on A360 Drive.

Wednesday, October 15th.... update.
Looks as if you need to bump this topic up. We're having difficulty at the Office logging in again today.  Multiple users with the same issue.
We're able to get to the main portal, but when trying to get into the Folders - no success.  What is odd, that some folders will allow us to go into one more level, but then we can't go into sub folders.   And obviously not able to upload/download files.  😞

Access to other internet sites are fine and stable.  I've tried Chrome, also with no success.   Thoughts?

 

 

A side suggestion: As with some gaming systems/platforms, there sometimes is a 'stoplight' (red/yellow/green) indicator to let you know if the Servers are up and running smoothly.  Perhaps on the portal page, this would be a cool feature?  (or at least a link to somewhere we can check, as opposed to looking or posting on the forumns?)

Hi Kyle,

We posted a separate announcement today that we were having an issue with folder view. For some reason we did not see your post so we could update you.

We are back up and it is now working, can you let us know how it's going for you
