Sharing Files on A360 Drive

Can someone tell me what is going wrong? 

 I have recently uploaded all of our drawing files to the A360 drive.

There are two users myself and one other in our office who access these files, the issue is when the non-creator user tries to  access the file that the other user has created it is not the most up to date version as saved by the creator, even though the creator can open this file and it is as per his last save.

Both licences were purchased on the one account name and both users have this same login username is this a problem?

We are both use to relying on a physical server as the storage for our drawings, am I wrong in assuming that A360 Drive operates in the same manner?

It doesn't seem a good workflow to share A360 drive between two users with a single account. Maybe you can consider to user A360 to keep track of the activities and versioning?
