Shared shortcut does not work on mobile device

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
we want our customers to be able to access our drawings via a shared link. This access should be possible via a mobile device. As of today, this access is only possible via a desktop computer. What can we do?

Here is an example of a link:

Best Regards

Hi @Anonymous  and @thanisornsr

This is a known behavior for Fusion 360.

To view the files on mobile devices, follow the steps below:

  1. Save the data you want to share on the local drive (see: How to export a design in Fusion 360)
  2. Go to the Fusion 360 Dashboard
  3. Log in
  4. Select FUSION in the top left corner
  5. Select A360 DRIVE
  6. Create and open a new folder
  7. Select Upload
  8. Select the data mentioned in step 1
  9. Open the data one at a time in the web browser
  10. Select the Share icon in the top right corner
  11. Select Share
  12. Share the generated link
  13. Open the link in the web browser on a mobile device.

Basically, you will need to re-upload your file to A360 Drive and share from there.

As an example, I did this for your shared file and here is the link that works on mobile as well: https://autode.sk/2E7DK15

I hope this was helpful.

Hi @bogdan_ciobanu

I tried and worked quite well. It's just a little confuse because around last month I still can share link from my fusion 360 and see it on mobile's browser. Are there any change last month? Normally after click the link, It will ask to view in browser or download app.
Anyway, big thanks for the suggestion.

Hi Bogdan

I'm sorry, but the new solution doesn't help me 100 percent.
- On a smartphone, the sectional representation is not offered.
- On an Ipad you can activate the section representation, but you can't move the section plane.
Why is the old (working) solution no longer available?

Best regards

Hi @Anonymous and @thanisornsr

Thank you both for your replies.

I will try to clarify with the dev team and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for using the suggested workaround in the meanwhile (sorry for not being 100% helpful).

Best regards,

Bogdan
