Project data lost

I have created a folder in the project link which is provided by the creator named fusion 360 monthly challenge.

I have created a folder with my name and saved few models. When I was searching for that folder I couldn't see the data of mine and few others too.

Can the admin backup the lost data and how to complain about the issue to the admin directly?
