i have uploaded a zip file to my a360 drive; I used the copied the link option; but when I try to open the link; Autodesk Viewer (free online viewer) pops up and displays the message

Processing failed

Design is empty. Please check the design.

How do I get the option of downloading the zip file; instead of Autodesk Viewer trying to view the zip file?

I am having the same issue.  When did Autodesk remove the option to simply download the zip file?

Hello,

You should be able to enable download by turn on the private sharing setting. See screenshot.
