Named user cannot see A360 Drive drop down

Hi,

As I attached, 1 user can see the arrow to drop down and choose A360 drive, but the other 1 is cannot.

Please advice me what is differences that the drop down has or has not.

I tested that the drop down be showed for CM and named user, but for named user also could not see that.

Also want to know how the named user see it.

Hi Choi,

Thanks for posting your question to the forums.  To be able to see the Drive Switcher, you need two things.  An A360 Drive account and to go into Settings on your Personal or Team HUB and make sure that A360 Drive is toggled on.
