I've got a problem retrieving (and viewing) a folder on my 360 account.  I click on the image to preview and it loads and loads and loads but never displays the image.  I just checked my internet speed and I have 9mb/s upload and 9mb/s download, so that's not the issue.  the preview simply won't load even after 6-7 minutes.

Thanks for posting your question. Can you try logging out and back in. Also what browser are you using? If you are using IE can you try Chrome or Firefox?
