Are you asking about trying to convert a DWF so you can open it in AutoCAD?  If that is the case you are probably looking for the AutoCAD forum.

I would also add that AutoCAD has the ability to attach a DWF file like an image.  Just type "XREF" at the command line and then right click on the reference manager.  Then select DWF.  

If you just want to view a DWF then youc an use A360 or A360 Drive.  You would just upload the DWF file to the site and then view it in your WEB Browser.
