Autodesk 360 Update Nagger

Every time I boot up and several times while working with my PC the Autodesk 360 update nagger pops up.  I try performing the install but end up with a notice that the "patch package could not be opened.  Verify that the patch exists and that you can access it, blah blah blah."   The notice then says to contact the application vendor but I can find nothing useful in this regard on the 36- website.

Terry,

I'm impressed!  A product community system that actually works.

Thank you very much.

I was impressed with the accuracy and assistance I received with the update nagger.  I was able to manually install the update but the nagger will not quit!  How do I get rid of the nagger?

Hi Bud,

I deleted the specified xml file. It comes right back. I deleted it again
and rebooted. The nagger is still there.
