Hi @Anonymous,

 

A360 Drive has been retired.  You will find the A360 Desktop utility no longer synchronizes data to the A360 Drive. This was effective June 19, 2018.  You will see that your files can still be accessed on A360 Drive via a Web browser and can be downloaded for you to relocate at your discretion.  To my knowledge, the sharing function is also no longer functioning.
